Thank you Soldiers!
Remember The Men And Women Who Died Serving Our Country –Memorial Day is Monday, May 27, 2013
During the Civil War, loved ones on the last Monday in May began placing flowers on the graves of Union and Confederate soldiers to honor the sacrifices they made for their respective side. Following World War I, the holiday that had formerly been known as Decoration Day was renamed Memorial Day to honor Americans who have died in all wars. Memorial Day is also regarded as the semi-official beginning of summer.
Honor all those who gave their lives so that we are able to enjoy the freedoms that set our country apart.
THANK YOU SOLDIERS!
